★ 1 | GENERAL TERMS☆ I have the right to reject any order I cannot take on for any reason.☆ Prices are subject to change based on demand.★ 2 | PAYMENT☆ All transactions are made through preferred and available payment methods when you place an order on my artistree.io request form and are paid 100% upfront.☆ You (the customer/commissioner) will shoulder an additional transaction & processing fee once you order from the artistree.io site. You, therefore, lose the right to a refund.☆ While working on your commission, I will review the illustration with you as the piece progresses to ensure it meets your standards!☆ Sketches and subsequent Work in Progress (WIP) updates will be watermarked and sent in low resolution.☆ The time it takes to complete your commission varies between a week to around a month or so depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and school.☆ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image alongside a web-friendly version. Note that there is no physical product.★ 4 | REVISIONS☆ You get 3 rounds of revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price.
If you wish to have more than the set amount of changes, I will charge you an additional revision fee.
